I am trying to control my NXT brick via Bluetooth but I cannot establish a connection.

Although I am able to establish a Bluetooth connection from the laptop to the LEGO using a Bluetooth dongle, the Mindstorms program isn't detecting the LEGO.

When I go to tools->remote control->scan, it doesn't scan the LEGO. Please tell me how to solve this. I followed the lab tagged below.
