comment Waterproofing Lego bricks
I use liquid frisket for art too. It's an excellent suggestion since it is easy to come by and also removable.

comment Is there a way to build a stronger LEGO ball than what was done by the Mythbusters?
I thought they could have done it stronger if they'd had more time too. It would be awesome if the great LEGO minds here came up with more things for the Mythbusters to test with LEGO bricks.

comment Who built the LEGO structures for the film “Elf”?
I think I audibly gasped when I saw that. It still makes me cringe - all that beautiful work.

+1 for 'clutch power' - hadn't realized it was a term used for more than the character

Ok, that sounds like it fits but what does 'direct to consumer' mean? In the Wikipedia page about DTC it references pharmaceuticals and marketing directed at the patient instead of going through the medical professionals. In the context of LEGO sets, what would direct to consumer marketing or retailing mean?

I wasn't sure what to tag this, chose 'sets'. I looked for 'naming' or 'abbreviations' but they don't exist. Thanks.
