How does LEGO handle the breakage of Hero Factory sockets? Thank you for the response, though not the complete answer I was looking for (upvoted!). I did contact them a while ago via Twitter, as it seems the "go-to" avenue for many who have quality issues with items or prefer a direct customer service response. I'll try the link and update this question when I receive a response; I am very responsive with StackExchange communique, so I won't keep this question hanging for too long. |
