comment How can I build a LEGO marble pump?
It sounds like you're looking for a lift. A pump is used to displace fluids.

I like the last one in particular, I think it very well suits the style the OP was looking for.

comment Are Samsonite gears compatible with modern Technic gears?
@Kramii: Oh, wow. It looks like the actual Samsonite gears required a technic pin or something similar. Any ideas on what I should call these gears?

comment Are Samsonite gears compatible with modern Technic gears?
Wow, Considering that's the smallest Samsonite gear, the rest must be huge.

comment How do I print images onto minifig body parts?
That's a shame, the question I just deleted was about the stickers that come with LEGO sets.

comment Why does the Erling brick have a ridge below its outward facing stud?
I've never seen that brick used that way.

Are these like transfers or are they more like the stickers you get in LEGO sets?

comment How do I make my own LEGO stickers?
@aedia: I was under the impression that question was about printing directly onto LEGO. It seems a little different to my question.

comment Is 'plate between studs' SNOT supported by one of the LEGO building software?
That's right. I was hoping to find more information on what software was used. All I know for now is that it IS possible.

I presume it must be considering it has been rendered on this page.

comment What is inside the “weight element” brick?
+1, for defacing a LEGO brick to provide an answer. I imagine you could weigh it to find it's mass.

comment What causes these 'bite marks' that appear consistently on new bricks?
In a similar sense, a doughnut injected with jam through a syringe will create a piercing that will be very difficult to detect; especially after being covered in glazing.

What exactly do you mean by in recline? Lying down flat or at an angle?

comment How can I make a working pin tumbler lock?
I'd be happy to accept this as answer if it included more detail on both the lock key and mechanism.

comment How can I make a working pin tumbler lock?
I was referencing to my design of the key when I mentioned it wouldn't work. This is exactly what I understood when you explained it. It looks like the cylinders would get stuck about four studs from the left, perhaps the tile could be replaced with a cheese slope?

comment How can I make a working pin tumbler lock?
@Joubarc: The key's the half the problem. I can see why it wouldn't work. I tried your advice, but the cheese slopes don't align themselves.

comment Best way to store instruction manuals?
I've tried this for my collection of 37 or so instruction booklets and it doesn't work for me. About 30 instruction booklets make up the size and weight of a phone book. This leads to the pouches sagging.
