So I suppose a meta question might be: Is BrickLink's catalog complete? My understanding is that the answer to that is actually no, though the number of exceptions is pretty small.

It looks like there is some sort of ribbing on the inside. Any chance you can get a better picture of that? It's likely where an official LEGO part number or at least a brand stamp might be.

Also, don't forget about Paradisa which was a full System theme from the mid-90's. bricklink.com/catalogList.asp?catID=71

I'm not sure where you got the idea that Clikits don't work with system. My partner and I have been adding them to our MOCs for the past year or so since we finally got some.

That does make some sense, though I've got an alternative in my answer.

As stated it sounds like your intent would be to produce all of the notes at once, but I'm guessing you actually intend to control which notes you want to produce individually?

comment What is the name of the Lego product that snaps together with knobs?
@PeterDC The second to last year of Bionicle actually had three models that could be called spaceships (and were actually my favorite sets of the entire series): 8942 Jetrax T6, 8941 Roctoh T3, and 8943 Axalara T9.

comment How can I make custom LEGO packaging?
Since you mentioned DesignByMe - You should know that LEGO is discontinuing that program on January 16, 2012 so if you do want to take advantage of it you only have 10 days from now. designbyme.lego.com/en-us/FAQ/default.aspx

comment Will my LEGO bricks discolor in indirect sunlight?
So you're probably double glazed and will block nearly all of the UVA, but kind of hard to say on the UVB and will likely only get direct light in the room in the morning. Could be worse. Depending on your latitude the amount of discoloration you get might be seasonal. The closer to the equator you get the more even seasonally. I still think running the test with the stacks will give you the best indication for actual results. I'm not sure there's an easy way to say otherwise.

comment Which sets currently contain pneumatic LEGO equipment?
@Ambo100 From my experience that's exactly what is going on. The LAs provide such fine control that they're pretty spectacular really. Not quite as much fun as the pneumatics though. :-)

comment Can custom content be imported into LEGO Creator?
Purely out of curiosity, is there a reason you want to use Creator rather then LDD or something else a bit more modern?
