Ben Duguid works in London, UK as a Technical Lead for The BIO Agency, mostly delivering web sites on various Microsoft based platforms.
He has run internal training sessions helping other developers get up to speed in the technologies he knows about, and tries hard to get others to do the same.
For what it's worth he is an MCPD in ASP.NET 3.5, and is currently a Pro-Tem Mod on LEGO Answers

Why are there “unique” characters in many sets? @Voitcus - but the ring is known to be unadorned, while the 3 are definitely adorned with a stone and I think that while the others were also decorated in someway most aren't available: the 9 are still with the Nazgûl, and Sauron had at least one of the 7. |

Is it legal to sell your mocs? Yes, I think item 3 would be the most concerning - provided you're not passing off the boxed set as anything remotely LEGO (similarly MegaBloks/KRE-O) endorsed/affiliated - there are a number of successful "Unofficial LEGO" books on the market - however it might also depend on the theme of the sets. |

What is the male:female ratio of gendered minifigures? Hmm, I notice that Mega Bloks are also now addressing the balance/jumping on the Friends band wagon with a Barbie licence: barbie.megabloks.com |

What is the male:female ratio of gendered minifigures? I did notice the Horizon Express set has exactly 50:50 ratio, including a female driver. Which is a start. |

What is the smallest LEGO component? @bungeshea Yeah, it looks like they're just using the "targeting scope" and visor options - for example in 9488 |

What does EV3 stand for? @CarlSmith - As bungeshea states, we prefer "substantial" answers here, and I've had many cases where links into LEGO.com have died within months of my posting because they have updated the site, moved content around, etc. |
