Ben Duguid works in London, UK as a Technical Lead for The BIO Agency, mostly delivering web sites on various Microsoft based platforms.

He has run internal training sessions helping other developers get up to speed in the technologies he knows about, and tries hard to get others to do the same.

For what it's worth he is an MCPD in ASP.NET 3.5, and is currently a Pro-Tem Mod on LEGO Answers

The software is sold separately so that you can purchase multiple licenses of it for each PC in the lab, or buy more sets without having to purchase the software again. Note also that the educational software is slightly different to the standard software as it can gather data from the NXT brick for processing

comment Are DUPLO blocks compatible with LEGO blocks in any way?
Duplo can sit happily on top of plates, but plates and tiles only balance on top of Duplo, there's no real clutch between them that way.

@J.PabloFernández That's probably part of the reasoning for sure :)

comment Is it possible to change the battery in a 54604 light brick?
Yep, the Winter Toy/Post Office and the Lighthouse all use a different brick and include instructions for using a key/screwdriver type thing to open them. These Exo-force ones apparently didn't. The "Minifigure with real torch/lightsabre" also don't include instructions for replacing the battery in the minifig's body.

I did check one of the instruction books for an Exo-Force set that used one of these bricks, and it didn't include details of how to change the battery (e.g. cache.lego.com/bigdownloads/buildinginstructions/4499765.pdf)

comment Why does LEGO have a maximum age limit?
Well, I think it's the highest minimum age LEGO do - The Ultimate Collectors Edition Millennium Falcon was also a 16+, as does the Super Star Destroyer (shop.lego.com/en-GB/Super-Star-Destroyer-10221)
