Ben Duguid works in London, UK as Head of Back-end Development for Hugo & Cat, mostly delivering web sites on various Microsoft based platforms.

He has run internal training sessions helping other developers get up to speed in the technologies he knows about, and tries hard to get others to do the same.

For what it's worth he is an MCPD in ASP.NET 3.5, and is currently a Pro-Tem Mod on LEGO Answers

comment Color Specific inventory list
Hi Kathleen and welcome to LEGO Answers - thanks for joining :) I hope that the linked question "What is the bely/blay color" helps you distinguish between these colours. You may also find Peeron.com useful as well: peeron.com/inv/sets/7150-1. As this set is fairly old, it uses the older, "warmer" greys rather than the newer bleys.

comment Does the LEGO Group condone war toys?
The stuff shown at levelselect.co.uk/lego-halo (for example) is all AFOL made and generally uses weapons from BrickArms, a 3rd party creator of "realistic" weaponry. Indeed, TT Games stated (when the April Fools of the LEGO Halo game was doing the rounds): "'Halo' is not a game that is age-rated for young players, and it's not appropriate for us to sort of recruit people into that experience.".

@annonymously The Halo sets are made by MegaBloks, a "compatible" brick construction toy company. Have you got any links to LEGO branded ones? But either way they'd be covered by the "avoid realistic weapons" bit.

Seems to be the preferred use; from the wiki for the tag: "Set Modification questions are about modifying sets produced by LEGO. Modifications include Motorising existing sets" but yes happy to discuss on meta
