Abhors bananas. And never eats them.

I'm also a game developer and a 3D artist. (And, yes, I use Blender.)

If you've found yourself reading this, either you're really bored, or I'm not quite as uninteresting as I have deluded myself into thinking. :D

Great answer. I never knew about that offset. Thanks!

Could you try to update this for Series 6?

Are these minifigures that you're asking about? I'm assuming so, based on your use of the tag [minifigures]. Just want to be sure.

comment Is it unethical to distribute 3D models of Lego bricks?
Are 2d renderings of the CC-BY parts considered to be derivative works? Is attribution required for those 2d renderings?

comment Where and when did the straight block letter LEGO logo appear on brick studs?
Note: I retagged this question with [history] instead of [identification], as you seemed to be asking about the history of the straight lettering than trying to identify something. Also, very interesting question -- can't wait see some answers!

Sorry about that, I haven't been on SE for several days due to school. Sorry again for not being able to respond.

Actually, if you have a Rebrickable.com account (I do), then you can add individual elements to a digital list of your collection. Also, it's free to sign up, so it's a pretty useful resource, in my opinion.

Have a look at this question -- it's probably what you're trying to find.

What?! Really? Are you serious? I should check to see if they'll replace my two busted motors! I thought if your Power Functions stop working you have to buy new ones yourself. I am definitely going to see what they've got to say.

For AFOLs, 10 bucks is not bad at all, but for kids, 10 dollars may well be a good amount of yearly income.

Feel free to add or change tags as appropriate; I wasn't sure which ones would be best. Additionally, the first link is to Wikipedia: go ahead and switch that for the image listed there if it would be easier to read.

comment Lego-compatible suction cups?
I'm sorry, but the question specifically asked "is there anything out there I could buy?". Unless the suction cups for the Vertigo III are for sale, this is not a valid answer. Sorry if I'm sounding harsh, but this is not one of the possible right answers.

Check out The Vertigo III on LEGO.com's NXTLOG. It is probably a pretty good example of what Dave's looking for.

Awesome. GIMP rocks. Let me make sure this method works (not that you're untrustworthy, I just want to be sure) and I'll accept it then!

This may sound like a dumb question, but have you made sure the batteries in the battery box are fully charged?
