Former LEGO ambassador and LEGO zealot as a whole. If I could give negative rep for people writing "Legos", I would. It's going to be very hard not to suspend any offender though.

That's very wise, hopefully I'll learn to do it myself one day.

Either a part is screwed somehow, either you are.

Thanks for offering me this opportunity to browse the manual (and yes, even if it's on page 4, I didn't find it at first so I had to go through it all) and drool at a great set I'll probably never have :-)

Bricklink lists only one such element, and peeron lists one, with one as extra. It's typical for LEGO to include duplicate of very small parts, and 1x1 tiles usually fit the bill. So there should only be one actually used in the set. I have no clue where though, just send me one and I'll try to find it :-)

comment Why do some sets have two different numbers?
The two questions are different. This one is "one set, two numbers" while the other is "two sets, one number".

The most reliable method known is: open the bag.

As far as I know, the contents of a box is fixed, at least for series 5 it is.

Don't thank me, it's all automatic. You got half of the bounty award because your answer was the most upvoted since the bounty started. Well, you were halfway there, so it makes sense :-)
