I suspect that bag has been opened and resealed. Its contents don't match any one particular set.

I can clearly see a yellow 3x2 wedge plate (left), and just behind it, a red 3x2 wedge plate (right). Performing a search tells us that there are only two sets that contain both those two parts, and none of them seem to match the rest of the contents of the bag.
