Customer Service can usually send out the missing parts, but returned/exchanged items typically end up back on a shelf for someone else to purchase as incomplete. And yes, the Minifig issue was likely the result of someone else buying the set, taking out the Minifigs for personal use (or lucrative resale), and returning the item. TLG will ask for info that helps determine if the problem is with manufacturing or at a certain store. | |
