I've noticed that the Lego Architecture Taj Mahal (21056), Himeji Castle (21060), National Gallery and new Notre Dame sets have detailed interiors to look at. How come no other Lego Architecture set (at least that I know of) has such innards? I get that some sets in the Lego Architecture line are too small to really be hollow inside, but certain other sets, such as 2010's Lego White House set (21006), are more than large enough for some interior details and would be better with them.

We can't answer this question, you'd have to ask the designers directly for an answer. Have you considered mailing Lego's customer support?

@zovits Perhaps a link to something said by Lego. How can the OP know if the question isn’t asked?
