The Marvel S.H.I.E.L.D Helicarrier comes with a number of single-peg decorative figures, including 8 agents, Nick Fury, Iron Man, Hawkeye and Captain America, as seen in [this video](https://www.youtube.com/watch?x-yt-cl=85027636&x-yt-ts=1422503916&v=3O422YCyzjs).

I understand that armless minifigures from the board games and other features [are called micro-figures](http://bricks.stackexchange.com/questions/2246/what-are-the-armless-minifigures-from-the-lego-boardgames-called), what are these tiny, single-peg figures called?

Later in the video, the designer refers to a plate printed with a road as usable with "all your micro-scale creations". I assume that this means the single-peg figures would be called "micro-scale figures", but I'd like confirmation / clarification.
